Donkomo

Donkomo is a restaurant in Busan that serves Japanese-style tonkatsu. The tonkatsu is made by coating thick cuts of meat in a crisp batter and frying them so the inside stays moist. Udon and soba can be ordered as well, and the dining area is large. Staff service is on the disappointing side.
