Cheonggiwa Shabu Shabu

Cheonggiwa Shabu-shabu serves shabu-shabu with beef and seafood sets, located directly above Gudeok Tunnel in Busan and looking down over the western Busan area. Vegetables, meat, and seafood are cooked in a broth that is not strongly seasoned and eaten with sauce, and porridge follows the meal. The space is divided into private rooms, and the view differs depending on the direction of each room. The flavor is light and close to a low-salt diet, with little strong seasoning.
