Andong Dwaeji Gukbap

Andong Dwaeji Gukbap is a small neighborhood gukbap restaurant near Silla University in Busan, serving dwaeji gukbap with mixed, meat-only, or intestine-only options, plus suyuk baekban. The place became known through a Gwak Tube video, but Silla University students have known it for much longer, and the broth is clean and light with a strong pepper aroma and seasoning. The dining room has only four tables, and on a weekday around 12:30 PM a seat opened up quickly after a short wait. The broth does not match expectations of a rich pork bone flavor.
