Susukino Sushi

Susukino Sushi is a sushi restaurant on the second floor of a building in Susukino, Sapporo. It serves only omakase, with a standard course of about five tsumami and eleven pieces of sushi. Each dish is explained to foreign guests through translation. The course includes tender simmered octopus and creative dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients.
