Sushidokoro Fushimi is an omakase sushi restaurant in Sapporo. The omakase offers a choice of two courses, with seafood such as uni, tara shirako, and ikura. Walk-ins can be seated, but the seats are almost always filled by reservations, so booking ahead is better. The food is seasoned on the salty side.
