Ｎａｇａｓａｋａ Ｓａｒａｓｉｎａ Ｎｕｎｏｙａ Ｔａｈｅｅ Ｓａｐｐｏｒｏ Ｄａｉｍａｒｕ

Nagasaka Sarashina Nunoya Tahee is a soba restaurant on the 8th floor of Daimaru Sapporo, near Sapporo Station. It has a history of about 220 years and serves thin soba as two noodles, one white and one grey. The tensairoe comes with fried shrimp, okra, eggplant, pumpkin and sweet potato. Zaru soba is served with two kinds of tsuyu, one salty and one sweet, and the set of soba and a rice bowl is small in portion.
