Kiku Sushi

Kiku Sushi is a small sushi restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo, next to Ramen Yokocho and Soup Curry Shorin. It serves Hokkaido uni and shimesaba along with tuna, ikura, and botan ebi, pressing each ordered piece of sushi one at a time. Sitting at the counter, the chef explains the name of each fish in Korean. No dessert is served after the course ends.
