Hand-made Udon Teraya

Shutau Udon Teraya is an udon shop in Sapporo, a fair walk from Kotoni subway station. It serves cold bukkake udon and tenzaru udon, with burdock tempura and chikuwa and gyusuji fish cakes on the side. On a Saturday at noon the wait was about 30 minutes, and the shop has a separate waiting area inside. Payment is cash only.
