Ezohitsuji

Ezohitsuji is a specialty restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo, serving both lamb barbecue and lamb shabu-shabu. The shabu-shabu highlights the chewy texture of lamb and the deep flavor of cleanly trimmed meat. The dining space has a clean interior and tableware, and the broth can be chosen between sukiyaki and malatang. Lamb is ordered in 1mm and 2mm thicknesses.
