Tokachi Shinmura Bokujo Koko no Susukino is a dessert shop on the basement floor of Cocono Susukino in Sapporo, next to Starbucks. It sells soft serve and milk, with the main items being pastured-milk soft serve, dorayaki soft serve, and a limited-quantity waffle soft serve, and honey can be added for free. Several types of electronic payment are accepted, and scones and clotted cream are also sold. The soft serve has a strong milk flavor and is not overly sweet, while the milk is nutty and refreshing.
