Shelter

Shelter is a cafe in Sapporo that also runs a flower shop, with dried flowers hung from the ceiling. It serves rose strawberry mont blanc tart and rose herb blend tea, along with its own blended herb teas, tarts, pies, and gelato. There are sets that pair a tart with a drink, and the shop is larger than expected but crowded. Even around noon it is nearly full, with waits of about 30 minutes.
