Saera coffee & Sandwiches

Saera is a cafe in Sapporo that sells ebi katsu, menchi katsu and fruit sandwiches. The ebi katsu sando and menchi katsu sando are joined by fruit sando made with Yubari melon or shine muscat, and each order of two sandwiches is cut into four pieces. Orders can be placed from an English menu, and seats at the counter look onto the sandwich preparation. In the morning the wait grows long enough that the line reaches the stairs.
