Mingus Coffee

Mingaseu Keopi is a cafe on the seventh floor of Osawa Building near Sapporo TV Tower in Sapporo. It serves orange lattes, cheese toast, and pudding, with jazz played through large speakers. The terrace seats look toward Sapporo TV Tower. The sign is small and the building entrance can be hard to find, and one Saturday around 8 p.m., the wait was three minutes.
