CAFE & BAR Manhattan is a cafe and bar run by the Yakiniku Tokuju group, located on the second floor of Akarenga Terrace near Sapporo Station. It serves souffle, fresh cream, meat dishes such as steak, and Patisserie Frais cakes. Window seats look out onto Akapura, and the venue stays open until 23:00. Food can take about 20 minutes to arrive after ordering.
