Bloom is a basement bar in Samseong-dong, near COEX and Starfield COEX, serving cocktails and whiskey. It puts its own variations on classic cocktails such as the Negroni, Whiskey Sour, and French 75, and will make a cocktail or mocktail to match your preferences.
