Hadongjip

Hadongjip sits inside Goejeong Market in Saha-gu, Busan, and serves gukbap and suyuk made from pork head meat. The gukbap holds a generous amount of pork head meat in a rich broth, and the suyuk keeps a chewy texture. The pork head meat is piled in so heavily that it outnumbers the rice, in the style of old country market gukbap. Card payment is not accepted.
