Yu Jeongwoo Hamheung Naengmyeon

Yoojeongu Hamheung Naengmyeon is a Hamheung-style cold noodle shop inside Namseong Sagye Market in Seoul, serving mul naengmyeon and hoe naengmyeon along with hand-made dumplings. The mul naengmyeon has a deep savory flavor from beef broth, while the hoe naengmyeon uses non-sweet seasoning topped with finely sliced onion and hoe muchim. The dumplings, made with plenty of tofu and chives, are steamed to order and can be ordered as a half plate of three. The shop fills up and draws a wait during lunch and dinner hours.
