Tobang Sogopchang

Tobang Sogopchang is a small gopchang restaurant near Sadang Station in Seoul that grills gopchang, makchang, and daechang. The mixed grill comes with heart, makchang, daechang, and gopchang, along with sundubu and green onion kimchi. The owner, who has 30 years of experience, grills the meat and explains the order in which to eat it, and there is a wait in the evenings. The space is small, so groups of five or more will find it cramped.
