Syobo

Shobo is a small restaurant near Isu Station in Sadang-dong, Seoul, serving salmon and flower crab odeng tang. The salmon is fresh and good, and the flower crab odeng tang is one of its main dishes. The owner cooks alone, so food takes time to arrive after ordering, and the salad sometimes comes out late. The space is small and loud.
