Sushiro

Sushiro is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves sushi and sashimi, a two-minute walk from Chongshin University Station Exit 9. It focuses on special sushi and salmon and tuna sushi, with thick cuts of fish and small portions of rice. On weekend lunchtimes the wait runs about 20 minutes, and soy sauce is applied with a brush. Lines form on weekends and in the evening.
