Sushi Iroha

Sushi Iroha is an omakase restaurant near Isu Station in Seoul that serves sushi and sashimi courses. The same omakase set is offered at lunch and dinner, along with dishes suited to accompany drinks. Reservations receive more attentive service, and because one person does the cooking, there are gaps between courses. The menu includes many blue-backed fish, which become heavier toward the end of the meal.
