Susanmul Baekhwajeom

Susalmul Baekhwajeom is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant near Sadang Station and Isu Station in Sadang-dong, Seoul, selling sliced raw fish and other seafood. The menu includes flounder, rockfish (ureok), and large yellowtail hoe, along with salmon sushi, shrimp jang, and fried, rice, and soup dishes. The hoe is cut to a standard thickness and has a chewy texture. Basic side dishes and tsukji are self-service with unlimited refills, but the dining room is loud, so takeout is the better option.
