Sorano Hoshi

Sorano Hoshi is an izakaya near Isu Station in Sadang-dong, Seoul, serving aged hoe, sashimi and sushi. It ages white fish, and the medium sashimi set comes with fried items and grilled fish. On weekends reservations are required, and seats fill early enough that there is a wait of about 30 minutes even at 5:30 p.m. Food takes time to arrive.
