Somunnan Sundaeguk

Somunnan Sundaeguk is a Korean restaurant on the edge of Sadang's Namseong Market in Seoul, serving sundae gukbap with sundae and head meat made in house. The sundae, head meat, and pyeonyuk are boiled and prepared on site, and the ttaro gukbap contains a large amount of pork head meat. During meal times the tables fill up and waits are common, and solo diners are seated together at shared tables. Basic side dishes are taken from a self-service bar, and the owner's manner is brusque.
