Sinchaejeong Shabu Sukiyaki Kalguksu

Sinchaejeong Syabeusukki Kalguksu is a second-floor restaurant in Seoul serving shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). Vegetables are added to the shabu-shabu broth, followed by kalguksu and porridge. A hall bell rings partway up the stairs, and the restaurant has a small unisex restroom. Two sauces are available: onion soy sauce and chili sauce.
