Sinbaksa Patjuk is a porridge restaurant in the market alleys near Sadang Station in Seoul, serving patjuk, pat kalguksu, deulkkae kalguksu, kimchi sujebi, and kongguksu. The owner, from Goheung, makes the kalguksu noodles by hand and prepares the saealsal patjuk with finely ground red beans. Sugar and salt are set out so diners can season the patjuk to their own taste, and kkakdugi and cabbage kimchi are served alongside. The restaurant closes at 8 p.m.
