Saemgol Chacoal Bul Makchang Gui

Saemgol Chamsutbul Makchang Gui is a Seoul restaurant specializing in charcoal-grilled makchang (beef abomasum). It grills beef and pork makchang over charcoal and also serves beef galbisal and pork rind. The small restaurant has about five tables, and kongnamul muchim (seasoned bean sprouts) is prepared when ordered. It was introduced on television as actor Lee Pil-mo’s regular restaurant.
