Sadang Mosori

Sadang Mosori is across from Sadang Market and grills pork cuts such as mosori sal, gaori sal, and garomak sal over charcoal. The meat is dipped in meljeot, fresh wasabi, or salt, and served with a cabbage salad topped with egg yolk. On Sunday evenings, you take a number and wait; there is no phone call when your turn comes. There is no parking.
