Pansai is a Chinese restaurant in Sadang-dong, Seoul, near a subway station, serving fusion courses and à la carte dishes. Its courses run from jeongabok, cream shrimp and kkanpunggi through to jjamppong at the end, and the seafood is stir-fried lightly rather than in heavy sauce. Guests who book in advance can dine in rooms divided by translucent glass, and courses arrive one plate at a time at intervals of about 20 minutes, so a meal can run past two hours. The seating is not fully enclosed, so noise from the next table can be heard.
