Namseongjib

Namseongjip is a sundae-guk restaurant at the entrance of Namseong Sagye Market, near exit 14 of Chongshindae-ipgu Station in Sadang-dong, Seoul. Instead of sundae, the soup is boiled with pork head meat and pork offal such as amppong, osorigamtugi, and gopchang (grilled intestines). The kkakdugi is sour, and the cabbage kimchi has a strong jeotgal aroma. The amount of broth and offal is small.
