Nakseong Gopchang

Nakseong Gopchang in Seoul is a specialty restaurant that serves grilled gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine) with a chive salad. The chive salad is unlimited, and the meal is finished with fried rice after the gopchang and daechang. The gopchang comes already cooked, and seonji soup is served at the start. In the evening there is a wait, so a reservation is needed.
