Maebok Sikdang Sadang Branch

Maebok Sikdang Sadang is a samgyeopsal restaurant near Sadang Station in Seoul that serves frozen pork belly. Staff grill the frozen pork belly, which comes with the rind still attached, from start to finish. Sides include steamed egg, doenjang sulbap, buldak bokkeumyeon, flying fish roe fried rice, water dropwort, and perilla leaf and lettuce muchim. The meat portions are on the small side, so it falls short for a filling meal.
