La Siestar

La Siesta is an Italian restaurant on the sixth floor near Sadang Station in Seoul, serving wood-fired pizza and pasta. Its uni pasta draws out the flavor of sea urchin without a sauce, and the ragu pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven for a charred taste. Booking through Naver allows entry without waiting, and the space has full-length windows, a high ceiling, and wide spacing between seats. The truffle paccheri and salmon avocado salad are on the small side.
