Jongno Gopchang

Jongno Gopchang is a restaurant in Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, near the market entrance at Exit 14 of Isu Station. It stir-fries trimmed pork gopchang with a sweet and spicy sauce, and staff cook it at the table before finishing with fried rice. Takeout is available for cooking at home, and the shop serves mussel soup with dine-in orders. The gopchang has almost no odor and the seasoning is not overpowering.
