Isu Hoegwan is a raw fish restaurant near Isu Station in Seoul that serves hoe and maeuntang. Customers order hoe and maeuntang and use a self-service bar. Alcohol cannot be brought in from outside, and drinks must be ordered from the restaurant. Payment is made in advance and service is self-service.
