Isu Gopchang

Isugopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Sadang-dong, Seoul, serving gopchang (grilled intestines), makchang (beef abomasum), and daechang (beef large intestine). The makchang and daechang taste better than the gopchang, and steamed egg and ramyeon noodles are served without limit. During the evening peak hours there is a long wait and the dining room is loud, which makes it hard to get orders across. The gopchang portions are small for the price.
