Hwangto Gamasot Seolleongtang

Hwangto Gamasot Seolleongtang is an old restaurant inside a Seoul market that serves seolleongtang, doganitang, and suyuk. The seolleongtang comes with a rich broth, plenty of meat, and ojingeo jeotgal as a side dish. It is an ondol dining room where you take off your shoes, and partitions between the tables are well placed. It sits deep inside the market, so it is hard to find, and there are not many tables.
