Hongdukkae Son Kalguksu

Hongdukkae Son Kalguksu is a market snack shop inside Namseong Sagye Market at the entrance of Isu Market in Seoul, selling hand-cut kalguksu and handmade sujebi. The noodles are made from dough rolled and cut by hand, and the sujebi is torn by hand and served in a thick anchovy broth. Sujebi can be ordered after 15:00, kimchi and water are self-service, and payment is cash only. Seating is shared and the tables are placed close together.
