Gyeongbokgung Hamheung Naengmyeon

Gyeongbokgung Hamheung Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Isu Namseong Sagye Market in Sadang-dong, Seoul, serving Hamheung-style mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, and kodari naengmyeon. The noodles are thin and chewy, the broth is light with a galbi aroma, and bibim naengmyeon comes with half a plate of mandu. Self-service broth is available, and small portions of side dishes such as sikhae, jeonggwa, pickled sweet potato, and mu-mallaengi are served. The naengmyeon portions are on the small side.
