Guguhyang Hweogwo is an all-you-can-eat Chinese-style hot pot restaurant in the Isu Station area of Seoul. Diners choose from hongtang, baitang, and tomato broths and pick shrimp, lamb, and tofu, then mix their own chili and perilla sauces. Ingredients are selected and gathered by the diners themselves, and the dining time is limited to two hours. The broth differs from hot pot broth served in China and has a strong aroma that divides tastes.
