Gopchang Ogane

Gopchang Ogane is a small restaurant near Namseong Station in Sadang-dong, Seoul, serving pork vegetable gopchang and griddle gopchang. The gopchang is tender and soft, the glass noodles are chewy, and the vegetables come with a spicy seasoning. Fried rice is cooked by the diners themselves, and the food stays warm from the first bite to the last. The dining area has few tables.
