Gaehwa

Gaehwa is a Chinese restaurant attached to Isu Station Exit 4, a minute from Exit 6. It serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, japtangbap, and Chinese naengmyeon. The Chinese naengmyeon pairs chewy noodles with a light broth carrying a strong black vinegar aroma. The ganjjajang arrives with a few pieces of meat and an onion-based sauce poured over the noodles, without the stir-fried texture typical of ganjjajang.
