Eobuui Ttal

Eobuui Ttal is a direct-fire grill restaurant in Sadang-dong, Seoul, that has operated for over 20 years selling san-kkomjangeo and san-jjukkumi. It serves domestic san-jjukkumi grilled with salt or in a seasoned marinade over charcoal or briquette fire. Jjukkumi are taken live from the tank in front of the store and cleaned to order, and the heads are cut off and grilled separately. Wait times to enter and to eat are long.
