Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Sadang Branch is a second-floor shabu-shabu restaurant near Isu Station in Seoul. Diners cook minari and meat in a red broth, then finish with kalguksu and bokkeumbap. Aprons are self-serve, the porridge is made at the table, and staff fry the bokkeumbap when asked. Despite the Sadang Branch name, it sits on the Isu side, so the location can be confusing.
