Damtongjip is a meat restaurant in the food alley behind Isu Station intersection in Seoul, serving pork skin, jjukkumi, and gopchang (grilled intestines). The jjukkumi is eaten with noodles and comes with daepa kimchi on the side. The owner runs the place alone, and diners help themselves to alcohol, water, and cups. When you ask for the grill to be changed, the plate is not swapped out.
