Baje

Baje is a small Italian restaurant near Sadang in Seocho-gu, Seoul, serving fresh pasta made from dough prepared in-house along with salads. The menu includes carbonara, tomato pasta, and ragù pasta, with bread and arancini served alongside. At the open kitchen counter, one chef rolls out the noodles and cooks, and only a small number of guests are seated. Because there are few seats, ordering late means a long wait.
