Seoul Myeonok

Seoul Myeonok is a naengmyeon restaurant in Pyeongtaek that serves Pyeongyang naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, and galbitang, and it sits directly in front of Pyeongtaek Station. The Pyeongyang naengmyeon combines meat broth with dongchimi and comes with chewy noodles, while the bibim naengmyeon has mild seasoning with a savory finish. It has been run by three generations since 1973, orders are placed at a table kiosk, and warm onyuksu is served after the noodles are finished. Waits of 10 to 20 minutes form during meal times, and seats fill quickly right after opening, so a wait is required.
