Mt.Balwangsan Cable Car

The Balwangsan Tourist Cable Car in Pyeongchang carries visitors up to the summit of Balwangsan. Each car holds up to eight people and takes about 20 minutes, passing over ski and snowboard slopes. At the top are the Cheonnyeon Jumok Forest Trail deck with section-by-section audio commentary, a skywalk, and a rainbow chair photo spot. On weekends the crowds are heavy enough that waits can exceed one hour.
