Welcome Pho

Welcome Po is a Vietnamese restaurant in the university district in front of Pusan National University in Busan. A set for two includes a rice paper wrap meal with pho and two drinks, along with fried rice and spring rolls. The owner alone handles cooking, serving, and the counter, so food takes time to arrive when customers crowd in or when orders are not unified. The interior is not well organized and is not clean.
