Umaido

Umai Do is a Japanese restaurant near Pusan National University in Busan that serves Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen and gyoza. It makes its own noodles in the shop and hand-wraps its gyoza. The interior is spacious with wide gaps between tables and many seats suited to sitting alone. Parking is difficult because it sits in front of Pusan National University.
